We offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes, all with the common goal of helping you find balance.
Each class is a chance to experiment with yoga practices, explore your body and mind and discover happiness.
You can expect a welcoming, warm and friendly space; where you are guided, encouraged and supported in your practice of yoga. We call it practice because this is the spirit of our approach. There is no doing it right or doing it wrong, we are simply practicing.
The common thread that runs throughout our classes is a focus on loving-kindness, breath and mindfulness.
This strong thread creates an environment where you are free to tune into and take care of your self.
Approaching life with an attitude of openness, eagerness and lack of preconceptions is beginner’s mind. Whether you are totally new to yoga or have been at it for 20 years, you will get the most out of each class if you show up with this attitude of beginner's mind.
