Yoga Lab is a space where you are free to experiment, explore and discover. You are encouraged and guided to experiment with movement and stillness; explore your body and mind; and begin to discover your true self. We let the traditional tools of yoga guide the practice: postures, chanting, breath-work, meditation, philosophy, self-inquiry, mantra and mindfulness. These techniques give you the solid ground that's needed; so you are free to test each of them out, experience for yourself and see what works.
Honoring yoga’s ancient roots with this holistic approach and also drawing on the best of modern yoga, we offer a well rounded experience. Our classes are inspired by Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Sivananda, Restorative, Jivamukti and Kundalini Yoga. The common thread that runs throughout is mindfulness and loving-kindness. All of our classes have a gentle underlying tone that encourages you to take care of and tune into your Self.
